PRNDL Back Lights Not Working

Hi Everyone,

Late this morning, i noticed that the back lighting of the PRND321 on the **** column was not working. I manually turned on the lights thinking it may have been something with that, but that didn't work.

I checked the fuses, and it seems that they are all tied together? Am i correct? Everything is illuminated and burning bright except the PRND321 lights.

Any ideas of how this stuff is lit? A few light bulbs, LED strip maybe?

Is there an electronic indicator like the 97-03 GPs, or is it a mechanical one? If mechanical, you probably have a bulb out. If it's electronic (individual LEDs), you should probably have the car serviced while it's still under warranty... If the range switch decoder stops working in the 97-03 cars, there may be a failing transmission range switch, and I hear they're no fun to change...
