• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

PRJ wires

kissmyss thanks for posting the pic with the cover installed.

i want my cover installed because with my engine setup its going to look way better with it on. I'm adding a chrome pulley this weekend and having a shiny chrome pulley on a dirty non painted blower will look ugly as h*ll. I'm going with a black and red theme on my engine and the color of the engine cover is black/red. It can't be that much of a heat difference and i've already got the 180* thermo so its going to be ok. With the wizair, red wires, engine cover, chrome pulley and black stb brace its going to look good. taking the cover off would ruin everything.

I have the directions right here. He says in a note at the bottom that for intercooled cars you should route them under the snout. But in the main body of the directions he says for normal M90 cars you should go over the snout.

I think he says to go under the snout if you have a full size IC because of it's added height; I have a SSIC and have them over the top and they're fine and look good!
Last night I pulled them off the coil packs to do some cleaning and noticed that on a couple of the electrodes/contacts there was a little bit of whitish residue. Whaddya think may cause that?

Any auto parts store should carry dielectric grease, I always use it on plug wires. It seals moisture out to prevent corrosion and makes it easier to remove them next time.
