Ummm...go back and read the "I Agree" part when you got a user name on the site. Just posting a post like you did does nothing. If you really want to protect your privacy like you say then you need to close out your user name and refarin from posting. This is the Internet, its a public place. What you posted amounts to you answering your cell phone in an airport and yelling to everyone around you at the gate "Don't listen to what I am saying, this is a private call!"

It's hilarious that people think that posting a statement like this on a PUBLIC forum is any sort of legality. When it comes to photos that is a given. A photo is "copyrighted" as soon as it is taken. It is owned by the photographer unless rights are sold or permission is given. People can still use photos, as long as it is not used to make money.

As for everything else, nothing about this forum is private. Anything you say CAN be used against you.
