post a vid of it reved up, then just let the throttle drop,( like bring it to 3,000 rpm, and let off the gas) and holding the idle higher. to rule out a flex plate.
 
There is oil in cylinder #4 I pulled the plug cuz that was showing the mis expecting to find a smashed plug but the plug was just coated in oil.
