Preferred struts for 01 gtp?

I recently bought an 01 gtp and it could use new struts all the way around. Just wondering if anyone has a preference to a certain brand or any bad experiences with another. This is my dd 50 miles a day so I'm looking for comfort and reliability nothing extreme. Thanks all!

Sensa-Trac quick struts on front of my 99. Ride OK but one mount was noisy from day one. Still is a year later but no failure and ride / handling is as expected.

I've been doing some research and for the money the sensa trac looked like a good choice. Michigan potholes are killing me. Has the mount quieted down at all in the year you've had them on?

Theres been no change. For awhile I thought maybe I'd douse it with silicone spray and pray but before that happened I learned to tune it out lol

Lol I would have probably done the same. I always think about what I could do but sometimes you just never get around to it.

I'm assuming stock coils will also work? Lowering isn't an option for me in Michigan with the roads being full of craters the size of a vw bug.

Yeah.

If the ass end isnt sagging, then I'd go ahead and reuse the stock coil springs.

Another thing to note, quick struts will make the car like a 4x4. It's known that they will raise the car 1in ABOVE the factory height, and thats looks like butthole.

It's got the saggiest ass in all the land lol The fronts hit like leaf springs and the left rear is rattling. Any rear coils you'd suggest then? I definitely don't want the rear sitting higher than the front.

New factory coils would be just fine for the rear. Some people put olds intrigue rear springs in the back if they run subs for their jigga boom music makers. They ride slightly higher in the back and have a different spring rate I think.

I've don't see front springs with sag that much.
