is it possible to get a bin file from someone for a basic pulley set up?? i dont really know how it works so im just kinda throwing it out there.
 


You have a powrtuner? Or a spare pcm? Anybody can make you a .bin file with all the basic stuff, but every car is different when it comes to the timing tables and maf table when tuning. In order to put that .bin file on your car you need a powrtuner or someone to flash it on your pcm.
 
yea i know a guy with a power tuner. were going to the track t/m and he said he could upload the file for me, also said that i could use his laptop to do loging so maybe who ever give me the bin file could tweak it for me with the info i receive from loging.
 
Any tweaking needed on a "rough" file would be pretty much the same tweaking to your current file. It's all the same once someone who knows what they're doing looks at a scan. If he doesn't know what he's doing don't let him do anything.
 




how hard is it to tune our cars for a pulley if i dont have a wideband and they dont know about 3.8 supercharged. hes got a 4.8 truck with a cam in it that i must say is very dialed in. so im pretty sure he nows his tunning. would it be hard to get my car dialed in??
