Power Wiring for 3.8 GTP

I am looking to upgrade the power wires from the alternator to the battery terminal, engine block to the ground, and the battery to the ground.

I have a 99 GTP, and my question is, where exactly are the wires? I see the powers of alternator and battery, no clue where they go. And I don't know where the ground for the engine is.

Alternator wire is in the harness and loom. The other wires should head down from the battery to the starter area.
 
Well the alternator power is just right on the end of the alternator, and it connects to positive post of battery, right?

And then I don't even know where the ground from the engine block is or where it goes.
And then the battery ground goes to the starter area?
