Power Windows

i seem to be having troubles with my power window on the passenger side it only works ever now and then, and actually i think it has stopped working in general, but anyways my question is "is it the motor ?" i have already read the power window fix in the how-to's, and i would try it but i think it could be a waste of time because the windows isn't working from both controls "the driver + the passenger side controls"

check wires, if that checks out go direct to the motor and try it, a bad ground can cause the same issues
