Okay don't know if this is in the right place! Okay yesterday I went downtown and parrell Parked the car went back to the car and notice fluid on the ground didn't think anything of it started the car and went to pull out and it started to whine from the ps pump went to auto parts store and bought some ps fluid started filling looked under the car and there was a puddle of ps fluid in the middle right behind the trans pan out was clear so I knew it wasn't trans fluid went back to the pump and shined a light in the reservoir and the fluid is a muddy color what could be leaking?

Something in the power steering system. Time to clean it all off (pump, rack, lines, etc) and see where the fluid is coming from. From your description I'd say check the high pressure line where it attaches to the rack, or check the inner tie rod boots for leakage. And the "muddy" colored fluid is probably due to being old and most likely has air in it as well, which can make it frothy looking.

you like dye lately lol

its cheaper to get under the car running and look for the active leak. theres only 2 lines. pump to rack. the return line is rubber at the last foot. could be that, or a line broke under the car.

Okay another thing is the right axel boot is separated could that also make it the muddy color/after I left downtown I did go through a huge puddle under a bridge that was up to the floor of the car

you need a axle as well if the boot is torn, the grease is slung out now and the joint will fail soon. water dont help one bit. aka puddles.

if you have car ramps, get up on them, run the engine get under look for the leak to active. then fix said leak.

buy new axle install it too. napa remans work pretty damn good over most others.
