Power steering ?

Can a power steering pump not work even it is fluid in it and no leaks? It was working before the accident happened to it. I repaired the broken return line today and still nothing. Comments???

Did you bleed all the air out of the lines? To do this, when the car is jack up a little and running, turn the steering wheel from left to right all the way a couple times. Then check the fluid and drive the car to see if that helps.
