power steering noise

Changed my front rotors the other day and now have power steering whine. Now prior to this never had any noise from there at all. The only out of ordinary thing I did was turn wheel all the way when I did each side to have better access to caliper bolts. So I'm thinking that's what made this occur, and its more then likely air so how would I bleed the system or fix this?

check the fluid level, if its full the pump is dying. had nothing to do with the turning the wheels to do the calipers. i do the same thing.

once its bled. air cant get back in the lines pump or rack from turning it, even if the car is off. only a broken line will cause air to get inside.

and i only hear the whine when taking off, nothing when turning. plus it's intermittent, like itll disappear but usually on startup and driving first few 10-15 its heard.

just an update, turns out i was just low on fluid. added about half a jug and whining is gone. No apparent leaks but will keep monitoring.
