At a guess it's just over a 1-2 quarts of fluid if you had the system empty. The res tank is very small on these cars.
Not sure if anyone would know the temps but well over 100-150º as it's being pump at a good rate of speed and right next to the motor. We do have a built in cooler with how the lines are routed under the car, airflow does move across one of the lines.
