Powdercoating color opinions

Hi,
I got a white 1999 Grand Prix SE with the aluminum crosslaced? rims. I learned form reading on the forum I understand there is a clear coat on them and it is peeling and just looking bad. I was thinking about getting them powdercoated but cannot decide on what color to get them done in. I was thinking black, but don't want it to look weird if the black clashes with the tires ( you know what i mean lol). My other color options are gunmetal or white? Your opinions are appreciated!

BTW tried searching the forum and google for different color crosslaced rims and got nada.

black is going to make them look smaller. you should steer away from really dark colors because of that.

white would be awesome. gunmetal is going to be a darker version of what you got so i'd pass on that.

Ok I've been searching more and might decide on white. Found other white gp's with white rims (no crosslaced) and it looked good. A glossy gunmetal or even bronze wouldn't look good?

I've always liked those bronze rimed blue subarus. White or bronze for mine ? I guess I've only seen torque stars painted and not the crosslaced like i got.

I found pics just to give you an idea

Ok so i found a guy up where i go to school that will powder coat for $60 a rim and this includes media blasting but charges extra to remove the rims from the tire. $15 a tire i think so basically $75 a rim. Is this a good deal?
