What no one considers when comparing cars is that none of them are designed to last more than 7 years anymore.
The parts are made or designed by people so they will have flaws and quality issues, no matter how common or rare they are.
One of the more recent ploys in the video card world is to release your cards to the market with a lifetime warranty then within a year reduce it to 5, then 3, 2, 1 then go bankrupt.
Then another company pops up with a "lifetime warranty" and repeats.
Warranty doesnt mean its good.
"monroe" suspension parts (now defunct, rebranded TRW parts, switching to moog parts) have a lifetime warranty but I installed my "monroe" sway links, the car was nice and tight for a week. Then the rear loosened up again, yes i've checked it out. The links ARE looser after having some wear on them.

people beat the crap out of them and they last, you cant beat the crap out of a gp like you can a kia or a hyundai

with that baing said google all the kia complaints i personally have owned one i bought a 04 sorento in 05 15000 miles gotta a great price and the vehicle was decent to look at 6 months after purchase the motor went on a factory defect i owned for 4 years couldnt wait to get rid of it and that nice factory warranty sucked big b@#&s over the years i replaced front hubs coolant overflow bottle 4 calipers 13 head lights brake lights about 20 or so times the interior was junk cd changer 6 fuel injectors coil packs front wheel bearings both front calipers the truck was litterally rusting from the inside out also had numerous elctronic problems 2 starters altenator tie rods window motor that would rival gms issues door issues none of wich was covered under manufacurers warranty cept the factory defect the only thing tht worked all the time was the awd and it was a good awd but not enough to make up for everything else i dunno some people like em but not this guy lol
