I couldn't help but laugh when he wanted to race.. but i helped him realize that the spoiler didn't add the 70hp he needed... i tore him up by about 9 legnths then he follows with a typical i lost but im gunna do WOT flyby

Not sure if this would be considered rice since the engine and most of was built by Mercedes.
The SRT-6 trim level, as both coupe and convertible, featured an AMG supercharged engine delivering 330 hp (246 kW) and 310 lb·ft (420 N·m) of torque.[2] Other SRT-6 model specific features included suspension and brake modifications, a front fascia air dam and a fixed vs. retractable rear spoiler. The Crossfire SRT-6 model used the same drive-train, suspension, and braking components as those used on the Mercedes-Benz SLK 32 AMG.
This guy added all the Mercedes overlays, badges, etc. There are websites like Refelctive Concepts who sell them.
In a way it's legit.

anything LS swapped meaning putting a LS engine like a LS-7 or LSX stuffed into a RX-7? they have those and i am not really a fan of them, i am not really a fan of this either.

please excuse the extraordinarily poor picture quality... this was taken buy my friend, we have seen this car more than once in town... since when are Dodge Nions performance anything? and to add it looks like someone just took orange raddle can and paper stencil and just spray painted this on!
