i would like to see some people with HID foglights. i need to know if they will melt the stock housing and where the hardware is mounted.

35w 8000k HID's

from ebay, Xentec brand $35. Not a single problem. No melting. Get them! They were a little more blue than in the photo. I lost them in my accident. SUPER BRIGHT!!

For my HID's I mounted the ballasts on the reinforcement bar with Velcro. You could use Zip ties though.

I kind of put the ballasts wherever I could find, which was kind of tough, all i had was some zip ties and it got dark out lol. Will be putting them neatly somewhere next time. I didn't have a relay harness then, but will be doing one this time around, because I have one and it's better for the ballasts.

Mine are in stock housing. I can get a better pic if you need it?

ya that would be really nice if you could your hid's look really bright. what kind of bulb does the fog light take and do you have any problems with housing being to hot or trouble mounting the ballast

i had some in stock housing and they melted after 2 months. i had them on whenever my headlights were on, so they didnt melt right away.
