Got that smoker from my father-in-law 3 years ago, I cook on it very often. It was made by a company called Oklahoma Joes. I don't have the tools or welding know how to make a custom smoker.

I use a small amount of charcoal, then throw Mesquite logs on to smoke the food, takes longer cook time, but worth it.
