Hahaha. I have to laugh at this because I used to live in a old nursing home that was turned into mini apartments while I was at school. Congrats on moving out!

And congrats to Koscoe for a little girl on the way!

Lol, now that must have been unbearable. Thanks to frebreeze and scented oil diffusers that smell is dwindling.

I really can't complain though, we've got it made here. Especially for what it's costing me. Just goes to show if you take care of your neighbors they'll take care of you. All those years of moving things and flipping mattresses and just being there for them has certainly paid off.

Thanks bill. unfortunately we are just renting. There may be a possibility for a rent to own scenario, but for now I'm happy as hell with it just as it is.

good think G moved in with you. You are guaranteed to have plenty of female scented candles, curtains etc etc... heck she might even use your cc to buy stuff now a days...lol
