When I called owners they wanted $97k, now its listed for $92,500. Finally see pictures of inside, it needs updated and bathroom looks small. 4 bedroom, 1 bath with a 26 x 40 garage. All appliances stay. I'm even more intersted in looking at it now.

I found a key that would open the door but I couldn't open the storage hatch to get the crank out to pop it up. So that was a lost cause.
Then I tried to fit a weber grill in my trunk, yeah it wasn't going haha.

And then I went to the bank, keep in mind, in the same hood. And I was appauled. I opened the door for this sweet elderly black lady she was smiling so happy etc. And theres like two double doors, well I got the first one, and I looked at this dude standing right next to the other door expecting him to open that one for her. He just stood there like a dumb ass. So I tried catching the door for her and I scowled at him.

THEN I get outside, this ghetto betch walks out across the parking lot, SEEN a car coming, walks in front of it and screams to the top of her lungs "YOU GONE HIIIIT ME!?"
I was like good jesus...let me get back to midtown lol.

Sorry to extend this post, but I got the official eviction notice today, took it straight to my uncle and told him to sort this shiit out asap. So I pray now.. I refuse to homestead in a cardboard box with my neighbor lol

Haha. Funny you say that Jordon.There is a guy who is interested in his truck, but he won't sell it till he finds a replacement. And as anal as he is about finding the perfect one....it could be awhile. He has been looking off and on for 2years now. And its not that he wouldn't have anything to drive if he sold it, still has jeep and the g6. He is just to damn picky. And he gets on my case for being to picky about cars when I just want a sunroof...at least I can make my mind up in a week, lol

long story, house is in legal foreclosure trouble, my uncle is supposed to be heir to estate, but apparently the banks and mortgage company doesn't know that Mike is dead and left his house to someone. so idfk. all I know is that he is supposed to call about it today, and he wants me to pull some documents together to buy us time.

Other quotes aren't worth addressing. Meanwhile, it's been a rough day. I was sleeping super good and I had to BE at work at 5:30 this morning, well I forgot to set my alarm apparently. I don't even remember going to bed last night or much else after I took benadryl. So anywho, I woke up at 5:28, realized no need to panic or rush, you're late either way. So I took my time got there at 6am. Played the dumb thought I had to be there at 6 card, no one asked questions really. But I did wake up in super pain due to some health issues right now so I almost took a detour for the ER on the way.
Annnd yeah, that's my story. I still have to work a night shift at SC as well..so this painful day will never end.
 
Got a email from someone and it was ALL IN CAPS. I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING YELLED AT. Ok guy, undo the caps lock button and check your spam, I've sent you the stuff 3 times now. But I'll be nice and snail mail it to you since you can't figure it out apparently.

Got to thinking about it, I have noticed a bunch of people have been talking about tags being due and spending money for the sticker. I can't remember the last time I actually bought one, I swear if I went to the Tag Office and tried they would think I was trying to perform Registration Fraud or something. For the better part of a decade now my tags have been due in Dec, so my mother (wonderful woman) has bought it for me and just puts the paper-work in the stocking at Christmas time. Cheapo on the GTP and cheaper on the Bonnie SSEi, woots! :D
