heres how you get around your free internet deal, make up a new e mail address and sign up again, lol people do it over and over again lol

So I went back to Frayser today (old neighborHOOD I used to live in) to go in our old camper and get the small grill out of it so I can use it at my house. Welp, the keys were gone. I found a key that would open the door but I couldn't open the storage hatch to get the crank out to pop it up. So that was a lost cause.
Then I tried to fit a weber grill in my trunk, yeah it wasn't going haha.

And then I went to the bank, keep in mind, in the same hood. And I was appauled. I opened the door for this sweet elderly black lady she was smiling so happy etc. And theres like two double doors, well I got the first one, and I looked at this dude standing right next to the other door expecting him to open that one for her. He just stood there like a dumb ass. So I tried catching the door for her and I scowled at him.

THEN I get outside, this ghetto betch walks out across the parking lot, SEEN a car coming, walks in front of it and screams to the top of her lungs "YOU GONE HIIIIT ME!?"
I was like good jesus...let me get back to midtown lol.

Sorry to extend this post, but I got the official eviction notice today, took it straight to my uncle and told him to sort this shiit out asap. So I pray now.. I refuse to homestead in a cardboard box with my neighbor lol

i get to drive a modded S60 R all week this week.

i love when this happens cause its super ****ing awesome... untill the week is up.. then i feel like **** for a month or so.
 


Well, the house that I saw for sale by owner, Lee and I finally decided to call to look at it. I was going to call this morning and schedule a time to look at it when lee text me and said don't call...It's listed thru a realtor now. When I called owners they wanted $97k, now its listed for $92,500. Finally see pictures of inside, it needs updated and bathroom looks small. 4 bedroom, 1 bath with a 26 x 40 garage. All appliances stay. I'm even more intersted in looking at it now.

Never any harm in looking, after 15 yrs or whenever you can always do a remodel to make the bathroom bigger and setup the house the way you really want it.
 
Yeah, we need to start looking or we will never find something. It's very rural setting, sits way back off the road and a huge yard, exactly what we are looking for. Lee was talking about buying some ground off the surronding field (same owners as the house) to make the back yard a little bigger to build a shop. It's a long and narrow property. I think its a super cute house and love the setting. I'm just afraid its going to go quickly now.
Its even listed thru the realtor I want to use to look at houses with, she is my old neighbor and have known her all my life.
So I wanna call and set up an appointment but lee is asleep so we haven't had a chance to talk about using her yet. Hurry up 3 pm!

It feels like things are finally coming together for us. 3 solid days together on vacation and 1,044 miles in a car and we got along great! And it'll be 6 years this weekend. And now looking at houses?
If only he was as interested in looking at rings as he is trucks and houses, we would be all set. lol

With time it will happen. That long and looking at buying a house, it's only a matter of time before he seals the deal. Need to wake him up and explain it to him (wake him up fully before trying to talk tho, if he is anything like most guys we will not be coherent for a little while) so you can setup an appointment to look it over and talk about it. Odds are good with the economy it will be on the market for a little while, but then again it could be gone so need to get a claim staked in asap.
