• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

do those things go over 45 mph? or is that what you guys travel at on the highways? they seem so damn slow all the time, especially when im stuck behind one or two or 3 of them......

i figured as much. the drivers all look like they would rather die, then drive any further. windows open, in full gear, helmets and all. dont look comfy at all.

yeah you never know when someone is going to try and hijack a fully armed convoy going 45 mph

on american roads too right lol i can see this mind set out of the country, but while at home looks silly. but then again, if you do it only one way then theres no fvcking up later on i guess right?

true but them IED all over the american highways you really need to be careful. i do get the point of constant training and beening ready at a moments notice and all but a bear almost caused world war 3 so maybe a few more eyes would help

Well I have this super awesome plate carrier that weighs like a couple pounds but the kevlar gets uncomfortable.

And its not cause of that risk....its cause the marine corps expects us to wreck the HMMWVs so we have to wear proper ppe (protection). At least we have A/C that works better than all of yalls cars

So just found out that I will be driving a hmmwv for a 6.5 hour convoy in a few weeks. This doesn't sound to bad but it is. Tactical vehicles are not very comfy at all and have no cruise control. And on top of that my HMMWV is going to be the fully loaded one with trailer, full, and the bed of the HMMWV full as well. Along with all of our personal items inside of it.....talk about a *****

You'll appreciate the GXP much more after this.
