Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Lol! I think mine's a 1986. I got it in college with a pre-amp for 400 bux. I dropped one of my classes and bought it. I had the pre-amp too but i sold/gave it away to a stereo shop guy in exchange for some work. It thumps a small bit, I mean you hear it. but i have mine plugged into the receiver so when it turns on so does the amp. My receiver is a yamaha home theater receiver that has pre-outs.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

well my thump got so bad in my left channel that i put it away and let my HK avr 430 do all the work. 75 watts compared to 250 is a big difference. i just love the adcom when it was newer. THD in the ranged of .00025 or something of that nature. come one for the money where can you get that

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Lemme tell ya that amp cranks! I need to get some banana plugs. They're so much easier than screwing down the wire.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Or they figured...she adds clothes when it's cold, she'll shed them when it's warm. It's simple male thought process.
