This morning, one of my cats opened the vanity door, crawls in on top of the towels and looks out with a "look how cute I am" face.
 
My cat has a thing for that fresh body/wet towel just after a shower. I walk out in my towel and she's all over, purring and cooing, pet me pet me! Which then leads to cat hair sticking to everything.
She fell out of the window yesterday trying to chase a bird. Pretty funny.

This may seem odd. One day I noticed there were long pulled bite marks in the toilet bowl lid. Took a second for me to realize..I didn't leave it open (one of them plays if it's open) as many times as I thought. She was opening it to play. Also if I am doing laundry and have a bunch of sorted piles by the machines..they nab something and drag it upstairs.

GF is wanting to get a kitten from a friend. $300 pet deposit to add to the lease if we get the kitten. I miss my dog but she is too big to have in a small neighborhood... Labs need room to stretch their legs and I don't have it. Hate having to compromise :th_shakinghead1: sometimes

Nothing makes a home quite like the stench of cat poop hitting you in the face every time you open the door and fur in every meal.

^^ Exactly why I don't want the kitten. Love cats, and again... I miss my Lab dearly (she resides with my Mother who has the room for her to run), but I love a clean smelling home with no fur all over everything after a long hot sweaty day.

my cats are short fur, we have 2 litter boxes because 2 cats to help the smell, only some days when its really humid does it sink in here.

Blew out my Coolant elbow yesterday and completely lost all my coolant.......$100 some odd dollars later at the parts store (cuz i needed quite a bit of other stuff) and 2 hours finally got the car back on its feet and runnin properly

My roommate from college and a friend of ours are planning a shopping trip/girls only weekend to NYC. I told her today that I would have to check and go over finances tonight. As I'm getting more and more excited by the minute, I get home from painting and talk to the bf about it. He proceeds to tell me that while he knows I want to go, I don't have the money to "waste" on a trip like such at this time. Just the travel/hotel expenses alone are a few school payments. Not to mention what I would spend shopping. As I was sitting here knowing he was right and that I shouldn't go, I hated to admit it. Even tho I knew he would tell me exactly what he did all day long.
I am glad he was stern with me and made me make the decision to be a logical/smart money saving adult.
I'm sad now :th_crying1:



Ok, I'm done with my self pity party now.

It still trips me out that people born in the 90s are in a car forum. I see their birthdate and think 'WTF? Shouldn't they be on the playground or something?' Then I realize that was two decades ago. :th_sick1:
