fight that chit man, if its your first offence you may be able to pay more with no points, points kill kids ins rates.

so i've heard. i'm fighting it for sure. stepmom is a probation officer, she made some calls and told me how the court date would go.

do what ever you can, keeping your lic clean counts a lot these days.

if you get the points it makes the next time you get stopped a easy decision for the cop, because you didn't learn after the first ticket you got.

Well the funny thing is, the cop was talking SUPER nice to me and he said "man im only writing this ticket cus they got us out here and we have to do it. But I'm telling you you can go to the court house and I've seen them dismiss these tickets. I can't promise anything, you could end up with court cost and the ticket, but if you catch my hint..."

Sooo I'm not sure exactly what the hell he was getting at. But I'm taking HIS advice AND stepmommy's advice and I'm taking my narrow ass down to that court house on the date of.

Got a 'nice' 4 hr drive ahead of me today to get home. scored myself a free set of pipe wrenches tho :D

its good to help family, specially whey they pay you for it, but DAMN its gonna nice to sleep in my King size double pocket coil extra plush top mattress tonight.. or this afternoon lol
