It's not worth the stress and bullsh!t I have to put up with. I have no free time and I feel like all I do is complain about it. Time to move on. I just need a tiny raise from full time job to make things a little easier. And I'm just burnt out.

Who? Me? It's not guy related, its my part time pathetic job. I worked there for 7 years before I got my full time job and working 2 is burning me out. It's time to part ways so I can be a happier person. Been telling myself this since November and I'm still here. I need smacked in the head with a hammer.

Massage felt wonderful this morning...not so much can be said for the adjustment.
I feel like I've been ran over by a bus, and I get to experience it all over again Thursday.
I'm 24, I shouldn't have neck/back/hip issues like this.

Must find ice pack....

I used to go regularly, but have been slacking. Is like to be able to do the massage and an adjustment once a month aFter all the kinks are worked out.

i used to go once a week for a year or 2, then i found out i could crack my own back as needed, so i no longer go, my neck on the other hand if i sleep f'ed up it takes a few days to snap back, nothing i can do to crack it right myself. (hang in there L5)

I used to go every week... then two, then three, and 4 weeks between... and I got busy and let my appointments lapse and now I'm back to two week appointments. I'd consider a monthly massage + adjustment normal human maintenance.
