The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I've been doing cycling for a steady 2 weeks now. Tonight killed me. I was going good and then about 15 minutes in, my knee decides to give out on me and it was all I could do to just keep peddling with no resistance. She wanted us at 30-50% all class. I wanted to cry it hurt so bad. So I just kept it at a low resistance and kept on going. I'll pay for it tomorrow I know.
In other news....weigh in was today.....and, I'm down 4 lbs! I know it's not much, but it's a start.
as long as your loosing thats all that matters. :th_thumbsup-wink: that knee, id have stopped, weight loss aint worth a injury. you need your knees, be good to them.
Thank you!
I know I should have probably stopped. I had issues last summer walking fields, my knees aren't as strong as they used to be. So I need to build them back up to being strong instead of sissy knees. I won't go back till Tuesday, so I'll see how it does then. I can take it easy all weekend if it gives me grief. Once I got off the bike and walked a bit, it felt better. I have a brace I can always put on if it gets bad.
