Guys.. I miss my truck too. All my damn buddies keep borrowing it and I only see it when I need it. Actually, that's not such a bad thing.

Let me tell you about close to 21 mpg highway in a 5.3L.
 


The trucks I've had were all carbed ... I'm pretty sure the '76 short wide with 454 was getting GPMs rather than MPGs! But gas was closer to two bucks then of course. Still- trucks are heavy hungry hippos, not the thing for just a dude trying to go places.

Question. I noticed my 00 GTP does not have a tire pressure gauge on the DIC. I jumped in my friends new 97 GTP and that had a tire monitor in the DIC. What gives?
