The new girl at work that filled my position....oh my. The song "selfie" came on and she goes, oh my god, this is my jam. And turns it up. WTF is this world coming to?

LOL, at work the one guy uses Pandora and plugs his phone into an external speaker so we can jam while we work. Sometimes that song comes on and we laugh hysterically and make fun of each other telling everyone it is their jam.
 
I politely asked her to skip and it and she did such. I hate that frickin song. She has my old desktop computer and i had it blocked on slacker radio along with numerous other songs I can't stand but she apparently unblocked them all as I hear several of them 5+ times a day. And I like country music...but she plays it all day every day unless we ask her to change it and it gets on my nerves to hear it as much as she plays it. And when she does change it, we get the stupid selfie songs on repeat.

No offense to the younger than me kids on here.....but I can really tell she's 20. Wow.

Ok, sorry. End rant.
 


So I spent 5 hours dicking with itunes DRM ****, and organizing music manually on a usb drive. Only to figure out my Kenwood HU doesn't use FAT thing where order of the files put on the device is which the order they are played which is why I did this manually for this reason. NOOOO it has to go alphabetical period so I get to add 001, 002 ect before every song I want FML.

Just got told by a cop that my trucks parked the wrong way on a city street.

Straight up just said I leave for work going that way, so I just left it. His respones was "Do you drive on that side of the road?", I said no, He says "Why?", I said because this is america.

He wanted my license and everything for that and will be checking in on me to make sure I follow that rule, or he will personally write me a ticket and plop it on my windshield. I said no problem brah and turned my truck around and he left.
 
Unless it is a written law or there are signs there is nothing he can do. I had that issue with a town cop once. I parked facing the direction of traffic because the curb was open and I was still planning on going that direction after I left the store. The cop got smart with me about it. I kept calm and simply asked him if there were any signed implying I could not do that. He said no. I then asked what law I was violating and he couldn't answer. I got in my vehicle and left.

In some states it is only a local town ordinance, in others it is a state law.

A quick google found this for Minnesota

478.10. To be parallel to curb. No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a
roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the
direction of traffic, with the curbside wheels of the vehicle within twelve
(12) inches of the edge of the roadway, and not closer than four (4) feet to
another vehicle parked at the curb, except as provided in section 478.30. (Code
1960, As Amend., § 411.010)

I just completely played dumb with him, did 1 word answers for just about everything. I wasnt being difficult, I just had zero reason to talk with him.

I started walking towards my truck through the grass first while talking with him and then he kinda just turned that switch and got mister angry with me, that I wasnt looking at him. It's okay, it's only getting parked in the street for another couple days, my car is getting parked at a buddys house for a while.

It reminds me of that Friday song....only everyone hated it. Why can't everyone hate selfie. But nooo, all the teeny boppers think it's the best thing eveeeerrrrrrr. Like oh my god. Becky look at her butt.

You are getting old lol I think I am to some people keep driving on my lawn and I just really want to go Gran Torino on them...guys at my work that are 20 are really annoying

pretty sad how all the new singers need that damn auto tune crap.

i heard that fag beeber do a live performance a few years back at macys thanksgiving day parade, the auto tuner cut out, and god he sounds like crap.
