No just rust on the RR QP, its eaten through the panel im sure and as you can see making the paint nice. Ignore the sand

Aw man! Yea thats ug. Can you jab the worst spots with a pencil or nail and see if theres any good metal there? If that started on the outside it might clean up ok but if its rusting from the inside out its patch city. Thats gonna be a $500 deal if patching. More if the wheelhouse has it too. But more like 3 or 400 if its just external rust. I can show you a couple examples of how its done if you have a welder.
 
Wait... got a better look at the pic. Its gonna be a patch then clean up the wheelhouse at least. They might want over a grand. :(
 


Its all started inside and when you shine a light up the crack you can see a lot of the metal is gone I think. My grandpa has a welder but I am nowhere near comfortable welding. Literally just that fender, the inside lip on them in rusting a bit all around. Rockers are solid with zero rust. So I'm assuming strut towers are fine.

Ew yep thats like a ten or twelve hour body job, whether the patches are fab or salvage. then paint just on the quarter. Hmm eight hun maybe. Thats a spot where you would want nice work. some love with a sander, maybe some rust converter and spray paint would be the ticket to just help it not get worse.
