its cool when you get the "good" tickets. when i was a kid my mom worked for agfa, they sponsored a grand prix car form the indy car series. got all the good food and seats. was a cool day. we were able to pretty much walk up to the cars too.
 


Face value on the seats were $60. The parking pass was probably at least $30 if not more. There were 4 of us that went so it was at least a $270 "gift" from a vendor that were honestly don't buy a lot from. Still awesome.

I got a guy coming to look at the last W-body I have in the barn tomorrow. If it sells I'm going to go make a Park Avenue go fast.

So I took it out one more time tonight. Followed the Capn as he and I flew around two slow N/A GP's, got on the ramp to 675, laid into it, got out in the middle lane at the bottom of the ramp and reeled that Regal in. Got about one car length on him before I laid off at about 120... and the Capn being true to his name... well, he just kept going on up to 130... me, I'd rather not have any felony moving violations on my record. LOL

Yoooo they fought in season 4 as well. I think getting beaten over and over in the first 3.5 seasons toughened Jesse up a bit. Hahahaha.

I was behind someone at the gas station that got $5 in gas....really? That gets you about nothing for a car. She did spend 20 in smokes tho. I know where her priorities are.
 
^ I witness this all the time. Spends $20 on cigs or beer then throws $2.87 in the tank and is sitting there counting every ounce of change that they have. Shrugs

Better than a few of the temporary employees I have to deal with. They don't show up because they "don't have gas/money for gas" when they only live 10 miles away....

if you think about it, walt let jesse beat him up the last time. he had to get jesse back on his side again. walt was scared that they would kill him cause jesse knew the formula.

but then again, walt did try to kill mike at one point and mike just kicked his ass in the bar lol that was funny.

I worked at a BP for two years while in college. Right behind it was a big apartment complex. It was all section 8 white trash. We got some interesting characters in there on a daily basis. I saw what you just described at least five times a day. It was amazing to me how many people, if forced to choose between cigs and gas, would choose the cigs.

It also amazed me how many times I would catch people smoking at the damn gas pump
 
And the same people constantly spend money on lottery tickets/scratch offs etc then can't come up with a few bucks at least for gas.. Priorities I tell ya.
 
Customer walks in. She's about 5,5, kinda chubby, dirty blonde hair. I know she's about 35, but has smoked too many cigarettes and looks more like 50. Wanders around the store a bit, picks up a 20 oz Mountain Dew, a kit kat bar, and walks up to the counter. In a semi slurred voice she asks for a pack of Marlboro Lights and $4 of gas on pump 9.

me: that'll be $12.45
her: (counting change) 6, 7, 8, 25 35 45 55.... ****, well,forget the gas
me: you sure?
her: did I ****ing stutter?


The real fun ones are that brag about their new big screen tv but the kids are shirtless.
