Had a nice 4 mile run last night, but learned my nipples aren't as tough as they used to be. I used to be good on anything under 5 miles without spot band aids on them, but after last nights run, my left nipple is REALLY raw...the shower had me screaming...

Im sure that's not only thing in the shower that you were screaming from...also your story reminded me from that episode of the office and the guys nipples were bleeding down his shirt.

When I did my first half marathon, I was waiting at the finish line for my cousins that were doing the full. I saw a guy come in finishing the full with red stripes all the way down the front of his shirt...his nipples were bleeding REALLY bad...it was painful to watch, and I did not envy him. I've had some small pink/red spots show up on my shirts in the past, but never full on bleeding. I shiver to think about that one...lol

i'm on kyles computer right now, it doesn't hurt today really. i can walk on it mostly normal. but my other leg hurts probably from compensating from my limping lol.

right now my knee hurts more from scrapping it
