College football = bad back, bad knees, bad shoulder. Kind of a catch 22 it hurts if i do it but if i dont i get fat. Damn old age and football. I have been able to stay relatively healthy with diet but I am about 30 lbs over my playing weight which i should probably be under anyway. 6'1" 230 currently
 
I could ban you for posting that Andy... I'm about 5 10 and 200. Good weight for me is about 20lbs less. Getting into it though. Got a fitbit recently to support my other half and walking at work for about 45min each day. Plus the yard work etc. Soon ....soon I'll get crazy and do insanity again or hop on the machine of death until I hit the 1000 calorie in a hour again.
 
I had no idea Bill that you weren't stupid tall like a lot of people seem to be. Interesting. I thought you were like 6 7 and could kill a bear.

Yes she is at 5 4, I tried getting in her car and my legs wouldn't fit with her seat adjusted.

5'4" isn't short for a girl. My Girlfriend is 5'1" and her mom is 4'9". My sister though, is 5'7" and that's pretty tall for a girl.
 
Yeah sorry about that Bill the 10 years in the navy I stayed fairly fit. Put on a little weight but nothing too drastic. Got out the Navy and let myself get a nice beer gut. Fortunately yet unfortunately its all in my stomach the rest of me is still pretty trim so losing wouldnt be toooo god awful hard. I am just lazy now days lol.
 
Broke the new Silverado in today and took it off roading thru some fields. Corn stalks that have been ripped are rough as hell in a pick up.
And one thing is clear, my ass is out of shape to be walking fields.

not Bill, thats me and smitty lol we're both like 6'6" and im in the 250 range if working i drop to 240 lol


never had a girlfriend over 5'4" either lol
 


How interesting pictures must have been, I would squat down to Mariahs level and she hates it.

Also Danielle I read that as you broke the silverado going through a field.
