I eat habanero's without even flinching. Hell I've eaten ghost peppers without flinching.

Man if a scrap of peppers makes it onto my pizza I can tell. Def not a pepper belly. But bacon and toasted bun makes a burg. Good fresh lettuce and a little onion too, hold the 'maters.

Hey I don't know how many other people's jobs this might apply to but I learned something about how to get valid input on potential solutions for things without everyone bumping opinions against one another. Like those situations where you know nobody will like your idea no matter what it is, but you are the one tasked to solve the problem. Say if two guys are on a project and a third is assigned to step in, like me. In the past, my approach was to gather all parties involved and discuss it standing next to the job. Never got far that way because I saved my opinion for last and the pissin contest is in full swing by the time everyone speaks.

Well, I've been trying divide and conquer and it seems to work... I ask each tech and the boss about it seperately and casually, and list their concerns then dismiss them. Then I just go in and take it where it leads me while keeping in mind what others said. Everyone feels listened to, I do what I know is best, and nobody really asks who decided to do it that way. I've heard its easier to ask for forgiveness later than permission before but never lived that way. I'm learning.

I had some serranos and hot wax peppers on a meal I made last week. I ate them for dinner on Tuesday, then lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

No issues.

There are some very stupid and worthless people in the world. Here's an idea....why don't you work for your own money instead of stealing other's hard earned money from them. Jacka**es.

End rant.

WalMart really knows it's customers. $12 for a giant galvanized drip pan.

Should come in handy when I drop the trans pan on the minivan.

Re: Post Whoring Thread 3.0 - Bill loves zee Germans, forget you W-Body guys

you want like a storage tote type bin, not a drip pan for the oven lol

Got one of those too, but you know that crap goes everywhere. That's no oven drip pan. There's a 5 gallon bucket for scale. It's 4' long X 2' wide! Big target.

It will also get used when other peoples cars park in the driveway. I swear, my cars are the only ones that don't leave their mark...
