Post Whoring - 5.5.1 - We have a turd in the punch bowl

Re: Post Whoring Thread 3.0.1 - Bill loves Drunkie long time

I don't drain the tank often enough and so far.. so good. Was thinking of putting some tubing on the bottom and extending the valve to the end of it. That way it wouldn't rot the tank.

I got a seperator after a while. As mentioned, if you keep stuff oiled, you'll be good without. But after you have water dripping out, you kinda start to want the seperator.

I'll have to make sure I oil them more often, I usually oil every other use or so.

I've eaten McDonald's maybe 5 times in the last 10 years. 3 of those times was for McRibs, the other one was for nuggets that sucked, and the last I didn't even intend on, but my aunt brought food home and made me eat. LOL

I was very disappointed with the last one I had. I bought 2 the last time they were out because of hunger, and because I always liked them before. Probably will never have again.

i saw one of them " how its made" shows, mc rib was on the show. omg its stamped 100% processed mush. its molded to that shape from mud out of a pipe.

made my the hundred's of thousands and flash frozen. aka crap, no wonder i got the sh its from it.

ask to take a tour of any KFC kitchen, you'll never eat there again too. ive been in 100's of them, all over the country, so its not a one time deal. they are all the same. once you pass the counter all you smell is warm raw chicken smell, and your feet skate across the floor. your feet will slide for 50 feet out side in the parking lot too. thats dragging your feet trying to wear it off. just nasty.

nice, keep the real ribs coming.....mine are oven baked with a dry rub, @ 250º for 2.5 hrs, then broiled for 6 to 10 minutes, or until the kitchen gets smoked out lol

On the air thing, yep a seperator is never a bad idea. Extending the drain ain't a bad idea either Bill. You don't want to be anywhere nearby when a 60 gal tank holding 150 PSI finally blows a rust hole. You might not see any external warnings and it frags steel chips like a grenade, so losing air might be the least of one's worries if that were to occur. This is why big ones are in sheds outside the work area.

Truth be known... I use cheap tools, and oil them rarely. For a couple reasons- shop has a big dryer and rotary vane compressor with separators at each hose drop, and air tool oil soaks into body filler. My $19.99 HF DA is still a mud hog after 6 years hard labor. I didn't expect but a couple weeks from it but theres still no need to replace it. Heck I had to JB weld a fitting in it before I could use it! With a good air supply, things just last longer.

On the rib conv... I've always viewed the McRib as a "You're kidding, right?" food item. Arguably more nasty when it goes in. Never ate one but shook my head while friends scarfed em. I wonder by weight how much is worms. Theres too much primo Q out there to chow on bunk, maaaan. More hits please lol.

Saw a Rosy Maple Moth on a 1939 Plymouth radiator today and it caught my eye- looks fake.
