The morw I have looken at it I'm thinking the frame may have some damage or something I do know the whole front is tweaked and the side skirt on drivers side is even out of wack I mean he did drag me a distance

You can see where I went at a angle to try to avoid him but was to late and you can see the brakes locked up and stayed locked till I let off after it was all over he drug my tank a distance sideways in a 2013 dodge journey but the gxp won the battle it ****ed his **** up!!!!

I doubt there's frame damage. I smashed the $h*t outta the front of my GTP. Way more damage than what you got. No damage to the frame, just everything in front of the firewall, lol. This here is an Easy fix. Provided insurance will cover you.
