Here's my GP GT I got a couple pof months ago. I paid $800 for the car so I can put some money into the appearance (I'm not doing any mods to the running gear). I'm going to either get some torque stars or paint my wheels black with a red stripe. On the lower part of the bumpers where it is grey, I am painting it dark red and I'm painting the calipers the same dark red. I'm going with blue LEDs on the interior (window/lock switches, gauges), chrome or aluminum mesh on the front grill. Re-tinting the windows (probably 20%).

^ I loved my 20% tint on my 02. I would paint the wheels you already have. I love that style of wheels on these cars. If you are going to paint the wheels black with a red stripe try to use the dark red that you are going to use on the bottom of the bumper and calipers. I think it would look pretty out of place if the red stripe on the wheels was a brighter red.

I would go with white leds for the interior and get a gpo grille and paint it black.

I like it except for the wheels and the supercharged sticker on the side skirt. Wheels remind me too much of grand am wheels.
