$3.79/gallon here...runs me about $60 for fill up on average.

The whole, "lets not buy gas for a day, and they will lower the prices" thing is funny...everyone in America would have to NOT buy gas for about a month before any of the big gas company's even felt a dent in their profits...and by dent, I mean, they probably wouldn't notice a whole lot

i jinxed myself....i just paid 48 yesterday for 12 gallons, that was as the low gas light went ding as i pulled in the gas station, leaving me about 5 gallons left in the tank, no wonder i only get 300 miles to a tank....

I totally agree with this. In fact, if everyone actually got together and did this, the companies would probably charge even more the next day because they know everyone's gonna need it. lol

That said, gas is about $4.10 (93 Octane) a gallon where I live.

I coaxed it home an fumes... bought 16 gallons at $60 bucks with my 3 cents off discount.

yeah well. i was tired as hell when i got home late last night, slept too late and had to roll to work, and i aint paying that high ass east memphis gas price. so i sipped it back to the hood where its cheaper.
