ok here the hotel info everyone has been asking for. I got a hold of the Ramada Inn downtown waterloo and set up a group rate for everyone to get a reservation for.
The hotel name is Ramada Inn.
Everyone needs to call and ask to make a reservation under the group name "Iowa W-Body Meet"
the rate i got her to go donw to is $65 for one night with a king bed and a couch that pulls out into a bed. So each room can hold 2-3 people depending who u wanna room with.
I also made sure that you CAN be 18 and reserve a room.
She is trying her best to get all the rooms together on one floor but she told me that there is no gaurantee that will happen but if we are not right next to each other it will be fine i think.
OK so here is what everyone needs to do to reserve a room. **and you must call and reserve your room at least 2 weeks before the meet or else u will not be in our block of rooms but u can still get the group rate**
1. Call Ramada Inn - number is (319) 233-7560
2. Ask to make a reservation under the group name "Iowa W-Body Meet"
3. Just give them a cedit/debit card number to ensure your reservation. The group rate we are getti is $65 and tax (she wanted $80
) (u won't pay until u check out, And YES YOU CAN be 18 and reserve a room.)
4. Just let me or nick know when u have reserved a room please so we know for sure. thank you
and jsut so everyone knows Please try to get your reservations made ASAP please so we dont have any last minute problems
