Just wanted to know if it will be worth it to port my heads my setup is nic cam 90lb springs headers and ssic wanna run smallest pully possible on 20deg timing
up to you. Do you have the tools and experience to do it yourself? Do you have the money to have a shop do it? the shop will probably be able to do more and do a better job.Ok thabk should i just do it myself or send tgem to a shop i was thibking of gettibg them milled to and maybe running l36 pistons but i would need a fullsize ic for that

"maybe running l36 pistons but i would need a fullsize ic for that"
That statement confuses me greatly. what does running l36 pistons have to do with intercooling? You dont NEED an intercooler but they do allow for more timing/pulley drops? Completely unrelated though.
I just bolted on some ported heads and it was well worth it.
Should be do-able on a gen3 m90 with a good tune. Shoot for a phenolic IC if you can... they're pretty sweet. Also if I remember correctly if you're going to switch to one of the higher compression blocks, the l36 has better rods than the l26 I think.
Ya the SSICs have a lot of trouble resealing sometimes. I had that issue with mine too. You can try just using RTV or silicone.I might have to just run that setup then see where im at then upgrade ic core later also my ssic was having problems sealing i had a vac leak and tip on how to seal them leak was on passenger side near front of tge car where the hoses come out
