Popping noise from the rear

When it rains, and only when it rains, my rear brakes pop under light application and then stop popping as i apply more brake pressure. what could be the cause of this? :confused:
 


Possibly a harmonics issue with the brake pads or parking brake shoes? Weird stuff can happen. Make sure that all fastening and anti-rattle hardware is tight.
