If one (whom I am most certain does not exist) consistently donates monetarily more to GPF than the owner, I am sure that, if so desired, would be cause to request managerial responsibilities with regards to administrative permissions on his domain, though it would still thoroughly defy the spirit and intention of goodwill inherent in a donation to a nonprofit organization. Since the recent managerial decisions have been made, I have noticed no decrease in the quality of this organization's information, freely-given aid to users, or availability. It is my belief that these aforementioned decisions have been made responsibly and in sound mind using undisclosed criteria that, should it happen to be the same, has worked brilliantly in past endeavors, and leaves me with no misgivings about its success at present; so I can see no cause for complaint or further request by other users, regardless of their philanthropic past(s). Furthermore, should there be difficulties with the currently arranged system of responsibilities, I am most confident that they can and should remain, if you could excuse the idiom, a bridge to be crossed when arrived at and are thus should not be the remotest concern at present.

In all honestly. I dont really give a ____ about the amount of moderators. Thinking about it now all sort of makes sense.


BUT.

I honestly would've liked a 'heads-up' type of thread, Saying that the # of moderators is going to be increased (not saying any names to keep it fair.)
Only to simply make this site easier to use and to greater benefit all of OUR needs.
And to leave it (Somewhat) open to suggestions i.e. the General W-body section could use 'This' or the Transmission section could use 'that.'


I don't know...
But alls i'm saying is YES I do like the fact that this site is going to get better.
But some sort of advanced notice would've been kosher.

Make it search by "relevancy" instead of "last posting date"

I always have to go to advanced search to find what im looking for.

---this just in. Folks, we have a breaking news story here. Apparently, we are just receiving word that grandprixforums.net has armed its staff with several more moderators. W--we are getting reports that as many as 5 new moderators have been added! As you can imagine, many members of GPF are in an uproar at this moment and in fear of the new fire power of the administration. It is mass chaos in the forums, and a new thread has even broke out in the forum suggestions sector of the boards. No word yet on the number of ban hammer casualties. Folks, stay tuned right here as we keep you updated on this cataclysmic situation....
 
I never do anything to bother moderators, so until I saw this topic I'd forgotten they exist. Also, I have no idea who they are. :P
