lets get off of purple, how bout Mystic Teal Metallic? I've seen mine, one local GT sedan, and someone else on here had a GTP Sedan but hasn't been on in awhile. That makes 3 of them that i've seen or can find searching online. Beat that lol

yes, that is sex....GM Has some of the sexiest factory colors, Yours, the Pearl White on Caddys, the Mystic Blue on Tahoes and Camaros, and the Mystic Teal on mine of course :th_thumbsup-wink:

All pearl paint jobs are 3 stage or tri-coat. Base color, pearl, then clear.

not true with pearl. A pearl can be a tri-coat of pearlescent. As in a shade of white pearl, a light purple pearl, and a darker gold pearl which is what the caddy looks like. Under that your base color which is a off white then your clear over all of it. The clear is never counted in a paint name. The Tri-Coat stands for just that for the pearl. A 65 Galaxie my dad did had 9 different pearls in it, on a white basecoat with 6 coats of Dupont urethane clear. That **** gets deep man!

there is although variations in Bronzemist. Its alot like Dark Pewter Metallic, which has 9 variations in that one color code. Some are crazy dark and others are light but with the same code and name
