ok I'm sick of monsoon speakers I have this idea. Polk has 6x9's that are actually separates and are bi-ampable. now I know my rear 6x9 is supposed to be a subwoofer and the mid/high is the little 3 1/2 in the center. now how about I get the polks and use them to replace my rear speakers has anybody done this and how did it work. might do the same in front with 6 1/2 MoMo's

Just get a good set of component speakers to replace your rear deck and just get rid of the 4" speaker back there - or just leave it in lol.

I really just want to improve the sound a little add a little bass while keeping the conveinance of an in dash changer. if I want to change everything I have an Alpine 9825 and a changer a butt load of oldschool Orion and HiFonics amps and old school Crunch subs but installing all that stuff is more work than I want to do right now.
