-Two Nuts to Mount the Bottom of the Cooler (p/n 11517293)
-One Hose to the Transmission (p/n 10254586)
-One Hose from the Transmission (p/n 10416317)
-One Bracket to Cover the Hoses (p/n 10227107)
-Two Bolts to Mount Bracket (p/n 12337828)

The latter cooler is retail $1000, GMPD $600...

The tranny cooler and parts are rather inexpensive though.

Will this even work with the 3800? Probably a dumb question, but I'm just curious because the 2010 Impalas have the 3.5L and the 3.9L.
 
91C is the police package code for the Gimp ... wasn't only 2010, there were many other years.

Since very few are IC'd.. who gives a poo about bueno FMHE's?
 


yea cause i'm pretty sure there have to be a good amount of decommissioned 3800 impala's in the junk yards that would love to donate their lovely cooling systems into our sweet GP's :D
