ok guys my misfires are gone now....running good again except.....7* of knock....i never had this much previously only about 2 ish * what the hell happened im not recording any misfires....just knocking more....mods in sig it doesnt make sense to me how im seeing that much knock on a free flowing exhaust and a tune.....wtf

did more pulls tonight im knocking more than ever....4+ deg on every pull when previously it was 2 or less.... AHHH i think im gonna order a mps 3.8 for now

put in al 104's instead of 605's and gapped at .045 as suggested in my misfire thread....can under gapping cause kr?
 
for real. 605's with a 3.4 setup. u should gap them at .55. i read 104's should be gapped @ 52-55. i got mine at 55 and never had a problem.
 




im im getting 7* on a 3.4 wtf is a 3.5 gonna do......im prob just gonna leave it on and go meet up with fast katt again so we can tear into this mess with a tuner
 
ok i just did another pull on the way home....and from a 30 roll wot i got a loud pop pop pop sounded like quiet fireworks almost and i went no where sounded like a back fire from in the motor and it bogged terrible.....wtf is this bs? im at a loss here i also picked up 2 misfires in cylinder 5 again btw i dunno wtf it is about cylinder 5 on my car im inches from just demodding and only doing apperance shyt on my car im only to a 3.4 setup and already having this many issues fukkin rediculous....
 


Your probably getting 7* of kr because the car is finally running right and not misfiring out under boost anymore. You are making more power and with that comes more detonation. I said to start at .05-.055 and then lower the gap to .045 if it still is misfiring under boost. By now all these WOT pulls with no scanning or just waiting for something to blow is taking a toll on your car.

well ill change the gap tomm...and see how it runs im gonna try to get out to rockford this weekend to fast katt so we can scan and figure out wtf is happening...im about done with this w-body shyt to be honest...
 
Quit beating on it...7* of KR...tuned or un-tuned...bad plugs or not...is not good at all for your car...be easy on it until you can get the misfire figured out.
