Plog slowed me down.

Here's a question for you all...After I put a Plog on I have not been able to run as fast. My ET is down about 2 tenths and the MPH is also down 2mph's after installing the Plog with the 3.6 pulley. I had all the mods in my signature except the PLOG, when I ran 14.65 @ 96.9. So, I tried a 3.4 pulley with enough 100 octane to eliminate KR. According to the Butt Dyno, it felt faster, but it was not....still down 2 tenths and 2mph....and the conditions and temps were very much the same.....and I'm scanning with an AeroForce.

I'm guessing that because I'm running a stock PCM, that I need a tune to add a little more fuel to match and take advantage of the increased air flow from the Plog?

What do you all think?
 


when i was plogged... I skewed the front injectors 3%. Fastest I ran was 14.05 @96mph on a stock pulley, rockers, dp, plog, zzp pcm.

Getting a PCM would definitely help you.
 
That 60' time sucks. That's where you're losing your ET. If you can knock a few tenths off your 60' you can drop a lot off of your ET
 
i did zero tuning when i put headers on and picked up a good bit on my et and mph.

my first guess was gonna be track conditions/bad air. you sure the D/A was the same?? idk.
