• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I can't get the PLOG lined up with the bolt holes in the block, its the two for the middle cylinder that are off their mark.

after I took that picture I tightened the three bolts that I can use, one other one snapped on me, it was going in on a bit of an angle

never tighten a bolt on anything until you have all the bolts started and straight. even if its furniture that you're putting together. just a little tip. that is weird tho.

On ZZP's site they describe a 1 year return policy on defective merchandise. You should have no problem at all returning this if the bolt holes are tapped in incorrect places.

If one bolt is going in at an angle it's going to throw all the holes off. Put one bolt in loose and then start all the other ones, as stated above. The you'll want to tighten the middle ones first and work your way out. Do the cross over bolts last.

It's possible that you got a bad one send them an email and they should exchange it for you. But first take to stock gasket and see if all the holes line up, if they don't take a pic and send it with the email to them and post it here.

I've seen this before. They likely welded the flange on backwards. Hold your gasket up to the plog and then to the motor. You'll find it's likely backwards.

Now you can swear about ZZP over the bolt you need to remove from the head and we'll all understand.

LOL, that could very well be the problem.

It's a ZZP product, I'm not saying anything about their quality control....but they have a consistency on some things. Quality...isn't one of them.
