I was going to say.. how did no one mention the super common sway bar cracking at the end links. Look close where the bar attaches to the endlinks, I bet you will see cracks or pieces.

I just brought it in and they were able to duplicate the noise finally, it's coming from the subframe, it sounds like metal (aluminum) is flexing and they said they could try and take out the subframe but that would cost a lot of money and even then they might not find the problem....
