OK i dont wnna fry anything so im asking First. i gotta 2 gauge alt rewire cable i made it will be perfect length anyways 1 side to + not on fuse box noww wheres the other side go? on the nut under the rubber boot of the alt or what??? pics please? 2gauge is ok right:th_scratchhead:

the back side of the alternator is one side. you should be able to just take that nut off and put it on with the other cable. the other goes to the top of the fuse box where that red plastic cover goes.

it should help with voltage regulation and maybe give you a half volt more or so.

yes, remove your battery cables for this one. the only nut that is holding on a wire is the one youre looking for. you should be able to find it on the back side of the alternator where the clip in plug goes (opposite the belts).
