Today i had a freind help take off my throttle body so we could clean it out and when he reomved the tb coolant leaked out and on the engine, the tb gasket was broken, is this supposed to happen?
my question is will this hurt my engine/ what should i do about it?

I do know that there are coolant passages going through the TB, I'd guess that the coolant that leaked out came from the coolant passages.

Personally, I would replace the gasket either way. I don't think it could hurt.

I really hope not and yes im getting a new gasket im curious if their is aluminum ones or are the reb tb gaskets just as good cuz this engine is rebuilt on its first 350+ miles

yes coolant will come out when you take off the TB, get a new gasket, make sure both side are clean. re install. top off coolant, bleed the system, done.

also remove your maf before cleaning the TB, you dont want anything but maf cleaner to get on the maf, or it will die on you.

You will be fine thats normal when you remove your throttle body. I worried about the first time too it happen to me but yea like scottydoggs said, just clean it up so you wont have that nasty smell coming from under your hood, replace gasket top it off and bleed if of any air
